What this document explains
- Which cookies are essential and cannot be switched off
- Which are optional and off unless you turn them on
- Who sets each one and how long it lasts
- How to change or withdraw your choice at any time
This summary is here to help you find your way around. It does not replace the full wording below, which is what applies.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. Some are needed for the website to work at all — keeping you signed in, remembering what is in your booking. Others are optional and tell us how the site is being used.
2. The categories we use
- Essential
- Needed for the website to function: signing in, holding a booking through checkout, remembering your cookie choice and protecting forms from abuse. These cannot be switched off.
- Preferences
- Remember choices you have made, such as a chosen pickup point or a dismissed message. Optional.
- Analytics
- Tell us which pages are used and where people get stuck, in aggregate. Optional.
- Marketing
- Measure whether an advertisement led to a booking, and avoid showing you the same thing repeatedly. Optional.

Open the cookie preference centre at any time from the link in the footer of every page. You can accept all, reject everything that is not essential, or choose category by category. Withdrawing consent is exactly as easy as giving it.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop parts of the website working, including checkout.
