Your choice about photography and media

1. What may be captured

Coordinators photograph departures — the group at a viewpoint, a meal, an arrival. Occasionally we film a short recap or record a traveller talking about their trip, always by asking first.

2. Where it may be used

• The gallery and journey pages on this website.
• Our social media accounts.
• Printed material such as a brochure.
• Never sold, licensed or passed to another company for their own use.

3. Your choices

I give permission

We may publish images that include you, in the places listed above.

I do not give permission

We will not publish any recognisable image of you. Your coordinator is told before the departure.

Ask me for each trip

The question is put to you again on every booking rather than assumed from last time.

Withdraw previous permission

We remove published images that include you, as described below.

4. Withdrawing permission

Write to us and we will remove the images from our website and our own social accounts, normally within five working days. Tell your coordinator on the day if you would simply rather not be in a particular photograph — no explanation needed, and it is not awkward for anybody.

5. Children

Permission for anyone under 18 is given by a parent or guardian, and we ask for it separately from the adult permissions on the same booking.
