What this document explains

  • What we can help with
  • What we cannot do, and will not claim to do
  • Who is responsible for documents and entry
  • Where to confirm the current requirements

This summary is here to help you find your way around. It does not replace the full wording below, which is what applies.

1. What we can help with

  • Telling you what is typically required for the journey you are booking, and when to start.
  • Providing your booking confirmation, itinerary and accommodation details for an application.
  • Telling you honestly when we think your timeline is unrealistic.
  • Pointing you at the official source for your destination.

2. What we cannot do

  • Apply on your behalf. We are a travel company, not immigration advisers.
  • Chase, expedite or influence a decision.
  • Guarantee that a visa will be granted, or that you will be admitted on arrival.
  • Take responsibility for a refusal, or for information that changed after we gave it.

3. Where responsibility sits

Each traveller is responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visa, and any health documentation for every country on the itinerary, including countries transited. Requirements follow the passport held, not the country of residence, so two people on the same booking may face different requirements.

Many destinations require a passport to remain valid for six months beyond the return date. Meeting the printed expiry date alone is not always sufficient.

4. If a visa is refused

Tell us as soon as you know. We will look at moving you to a later departure or transferring your place, both of which are usually cheaper than cancelling. A refusal does not by itself entitle you to a refund; the normal cancellation bands apply. Many travel insurance policies cover visa refusal, which is a strong reason to arrange insurance when you book rather than later.

5. Where to confirm the current position

Use the United Kingdom government's foreign travel advice for your destination, and the destination country's own embassy or high commission. Those are the only authoritative sources. Treat anything else — including this website — as a prompt to go and check.
